De fondo he seleccionado noticias diversas en las que el foco de atención son mujeres que han sobresalido en su ramo o actividad, desarrollando atributos y comportamientos que no se esperan de una mujer. Mujeres exitosas, competitivas, fuertes, activas, aventureras, jefes, líderes, que dejan de lado el rol de madre o cuidadora y son felices con ello, etc. Hombres y mujeres deben poder ser libres de desarrollar sus capacidades, atributos y especialidades en las actividades y forma de vida que ellos elijan.
