Han transcurrido veinticinco años desde aquel crucial momento en que la vida, en su caprichoso azar, me llevó a coincidir en la Escuela Nacional de Música con Laura Chávez-Blanco. Desde entonces a la fecha he tenido la enorme fortuna de atestiguar su consolidación y madurez musical cristalizada en numerosos proyectos. Su infatigable voluntad creativa logra sintetizar años de dedicación, esfuerzo y tenacidad, cientos de horas de decisiones y el cariño con que procura cada una de sus obras cual madonna a su infante.
