Una orquesta de cámara o sinfónica, independientemente de que cubre las necesidades de educación popular y difusión de la música culta, es un parámetro del nivel de desarrollo artístico y cultural de una ciudad; y la Ciudad de Querétaro en su 460 años de historia no ha podido consolidar un proyecto estable de Orquesta. Ciudades más jóvenes de la República cuentan ya con orquesta sinfónica mediante proyectos que involucran participación estatal, de instituciones diversas y patronatos constituidos. Este sistema pudiera funcionar para establecer en la ciudad de Querétaro, con su histórico y hermoso Teatro de la República, un centro cultural musical donde propios y extraños puedan recrearse en as obras musicales, interpretadas en vivo, de los grandes compositores que, a través de los tiempos, han mantenido latente el espíritu de la Humanidad. ¡Hermoso proyecto de Año Nuevo! ¿Será?
