La problemática de la corporalidad del intérprete musical y la reconstrucción de su imagen, así como su efecto en el proceso creativo durante el estudio o la interpretación escénica, debe abordarse desde una plataforma multidisciplinaria integrada por diversas categorías de análisis y sus teorías, ya que precisamente la falta de articulación entre todos los aspectos que influyen o contribuyen durante dicho proceso, ha llevado en muchos casos a la incongruencia del mensaje sonoro-corporal, además de las posibles consecuencias en la salud del intérprete. Gran parte de esta ausencia de conciencia corporal, se debe a que el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje se ha limitado a la repetición de modelos generales heredados sin considerar aspectos en lo físico tan esenciales como la anatomía y el cuidado de la salud, que por excesos de carga de trabajo puede producir lesiones físicas y psicológicas. La música requiere del paso del tiempo y ello implica movimiento. Hacer énfasis sobre la importancia del cuerpo como instrumento y agente vital durante el proceso creativo y la intersección con el imaginario, así como el conocimiento integral en lo biológico, emocional, mental, espiritual y social, aporta en la expresión del ser. La corporalidad, motivo unificador de esta propuesta, pretende aportar al músico elementos para la recuperación de su conciencia como ser integral y artista escénico con expresión creativa propia más allá de la simple repetición de notas. Aquí se proponen el desaprendizaje y la improvisación como vías de auto re-conocimiento tomando elementos de la danza como la expresión corporal o de la danzaterapia, para articular el libre flujo desde su interior y hasta la producción sonora. También propone lo coreográfico en el adecuado diseño de la digitación y consecuente ejecución instrumental que favorezca su desarrollo y desempeño en pro de su arte. De esta manera, disciplinas como ética de la educación, la pedagogía musical, la sociología, la psicología, las ciencias de la salud, la comunicación y danza, aportan elementos para abordar esta problemática, a través de sus teóricos: Dalcroze y Willems, Schinca, Stokoe y Schächter, Llobet y Fábregas, Lowen, Johansson, Gardner, Bourdieu, Reca y Fux, entre otros. Description An account of the resource The issue of the corporality of the musician and rebuilding its image as well as its effect on the creative process during the study or the scenic interpretation, must be approached from a multidisciplinary platform consisting of various categories of analysis and its theories, since precisely the lack of connection between all the aspects either influencing or contributing during such process has led to the inconsistency of the body-sonorous message in many cases, in addition to the possible consequences on the health of the interpreter. Most of this lack of body awareness is because the teaching-learning process has been limited to the repetition of general models inherited without taking into consideration physical aspects so essential as anatomy and health care, which can produce physical and psychological injuries by excessive loads of work. Music requires the passing of time and this involves movement. Emphasizing on the importance of the body as an instrument and vital agent during the creative process and the intersection with the imaginary, as well as comprehensive knowledge in the biological, emotional, mental, spiritual and social, contribute to the expression of being. Corporality, unifying reason for this proposal, aims at providing the musician with elements for the recovery of his/her consciousness as to be integral and scenic artist with creative expression itself beyond the simple repetition of notes. Here, unlearning and improvisation as a way of auto re-acquaintance taking elements of dance as corporal expression or dance therapy are proposed, in order to articulate the free flow from the inside and up to the sound production. It also proposes considering the choreographic aspect in the proper design of fingering and consequent instrumental execution that encourages their development and performance for their art. Thus, disciplines such as ethics education, musical pedagogy, sociology, psychology, the health sciences, communication and dance, provide elements to address this issue through its theorists: Dalcroze and Willems, Schinca, Stokoe and Schachter, Llobet and Fabregas, Lowen, Johansson, Gardner, Bourdieu, Reca and Fux, among others.
